Joanna Plona

Joanna Plona is a business leader who serves as Chief Executive Officer of WebWave and owns Jona Joanna Plona Consulting. In 2024 they held multiple leadership roles at WeNet Group S.A., including Product Innovation Director, Chief Innovation Officer, and Chief Executive Officer. They previously served as Global Head of Customer Experience at BaseLinker (2023–2024) and as a Group Account Manager at Grupa Wirtualna Polska (2013–2015). Their education includes a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs and a Master's degree in Sociology from Collegium Civitas.
