Derek Moon has a strong background in marketing and management. Derek started their career as an Overseas Manager at HUSTEEL Co., Ltd. in 2008, before moving on to become the Head of Global Marketing at WEBZEN Inc. in 2009. In 2013, Derek founded their own company, NEXMOON Inc., and later joined WEBZEN Inc. again in 2016 as the Chief Marketing Officer.
Derek Moon attended Konkuk University from 2000 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Visual Multimedia Design. In 2009, they went on to pursue a Master's degree in International Management at Yonsei University.
