Léa Fergui

Léa Fergui has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on people management and culture development. Léa has held leadership positions in companies such as Wecasa and Connecting Food, where they managed HR strategies and initiatives. Prior to that, they worked at Sage as a Regional People Business Partner and at La Banque Postale in various HR roles. Léa'sexperience also includes roles at Moma Group Paris as an Assistant HR and a stint as a Stagiaire Inspection du Travail at the Inspection du Travail, la DIRRECTE.

Léa Fergui completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Management et Ressources Humaines from SUP des RH in 2016. Léa further pursued their Master's degree in Management Stratégique des Ressources Humaines en apprentissage at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL from 2016 to 2018.
