Andrea Coon

Andrea Coon is a Director of WREGIS at the Western Electricity Coordinating Council, where they have been employed since 2006. They possess extensive experience in the utilities industry and are skilled in areas including Utility Regulation, Electric Power, Renewable Energy, and Power Generation. Andrea earned a Doctorate in Economics from the University of Utah and a Master's in Professional Communications from Westminster College. Prior to their current role, they worked as an Economist at the Utah Committee of Consumer Services and served as a Technical Consultant at the Utah Division of Public Utilities.
