L. John Bourgeois

L. John Bourgeois is a seasoned spiritual leader currently serving as Senior Pastor and Pastor of Teaching at West End Community Church since January 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Campus Minister at Wake Forest University with Reformed University Fellowship from March 2015 to January 2022, Associate Pastor and Pastoral Intern at City Church of Richmond from July 2010 to March 2015, and interim Campus Minister with Reformed University Fellowship from July 2009 to June 2010. L. John Bourgeois also worked as Field Staff for Fellowship of Christians in Universities and Schools (FOCUS) from June 2007 to June 2009 and served as Anglican Collegiate Ministry Fellow at Christ Episcopal Church from August 2006 to June 2007. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Tulane University, a Master of Divinity from Reformed Theological Seminary, and a brief stint as a visiting student at The University of Edinburgh.
