WECEN (Water Energy Climate Experts Network) is a specialized consulting SME registered in Tangiers, Morocco. It operates as a multinational network of senior experts providing high-level consultancy at the intersection of water, energy, and climate policy and technology. WECEN leverages the multidisciplinary expertise of its senior team—drawn from engineering, R&D, diplomacy, and finance—to advise international development organizations, regional initiatives, and public/private entities. Their work focuses on strategic projects and policies related to the water-energy-food-ecosystems nexus, with particular specialization in desalination, green hydrogen, renewable energy transition, water diplomacy, and access to green finance.
