Max Stephan

Max Stephan has a diverse work experience starting in 2010 at Knorr-Bremse as a Werksstudent / Diplomand until March 2012. In 2012, they joined Toyota Boshoku Europe N.V. as an Engineering Trainee until December 2014, and later became a Validation Engineer from January 2015 until November 2018. In 2016, Max joined Wechselpilot GmbH as the Head of Operations, which they continue to hold. In 2022, they began working at Rabot Charge as a Senior Operations Manager.

Max Stephan attended the Technical University of Munich from 2005 to 2012, where they obtained a Diplom Ingenieur degree in Maschinenbau und Management.
