Deputy Head of Customer Service

Michelle Ehrck has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Michelle started their career as a Customer Assistant at Profi Rent Hamburg, then moved to a Marketing Assistant role at Stenden. In 2017, they became a Travel Consultant at a&e erlebnis:reisen and then an Assistant Project Manager at Daimler AG. Michelle then took on an Account Manager role at shareDnC GmbH and an Event Manager role as a Self Employed individual. In 2019, they worked as a Customer Consultant at TUI and a Customer Service Consultant at Thomas Cook. In 2020, they joined Bikini Island & Mountain Hotels as an Events Creator/ Reservations Helper. Most recently, they have been working as Deputy Head of Customer Service, Senior Customer Care Specialist & Teamlead, and Junior Customer Care Specialist at Wechselpilot GmbH.

Michelle Ehrck completed a Bachelor's Degree in International Tourism Management from Stenden University of Applied Sciences Leeuwarden between 2013 and 2017. Michelle also attended Gymnasium Willhöden/ Marion Dönhoff Gymnasium between 2002 and 2010.
