Adrian Padro has worked as a Business Development Manager at Connect since May 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Covid / refugee support at Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council from January 2021 to May 2022. Before joining the council, they worked as a Consultant at AVRAN - Amazon Connect Experts from December 2020 to May 2022. Adrian had a long tenure at BT, starting as a Contact Centre Sales Specialist in May 1987 and eventually becoming a BT employee until December 2020.
