George B.

George B. is an experienced AI Technical Lead at Connect since May 2022, guiding the development of Chatbots and IVRs while overseeing a team of developers and providing consultancy on AI products. With a background in linguistics, George has also served as a Linguistics Consultant for Microsoft since February 2016, working on the Intelligent Assistant for the Greek language. Previous roles include AI Experience Manager at NatWest Group, Lead Computational Linguist at DisruptCX, and positions at GlobeTech, Google, Samsung Electronics Polska, and Speech Graphics, contributing to speech and language processing, dialogue systems, and audio evaluation. George holds a Master's Degree in Speech and Language Processing from The University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor's Degree in Linguistics from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
