Karl Reed

Karl Reed has over 30 years of work experience in various roles related to communication and technology solutions. Karl is currently serving as the Vice President of Solutions at Connect, where they focus on delivering effective communication solutions for organizations. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Solutions Officer and Solutions & Marketing Director at Elingo (Pty) Ltd, where they specialized in enterprise contact centers, unified communications, IP telephony, and business process automation. Karl also held roles at Pivotal Data, Dimension Data Customer Interactive Solutions, Telkom, and MultiChoice, where they gained experience in solution management, new business sales, and contact center operations. In addition to their corporate experience, Karl also served as a Special Forces Paratrooper in the military.
