Mikhail Balabanov

Mikhail Balabanov has been working in the business industry since 2000. Mikhail began their career as a Regional Representative for Samsung Electronics in 2000. In 2002, they took on the role of Head of Marketing and Advertising Department at Vimpelcom-GTEL. In 2003, they began their own Entrepreneurship at Q-Zar and LeFutur. Mikhail then moved to Russian Standard Bank in 2005, where they held the role of Regional Managing Director. From 2010 to 2020, they worked at Home Credit and Finance Bank, where they held the roles of CDO (Chief Digital Officer), CMO, Head of Research and Development, and Regional Managing Director. Most recently, in 2020, they co-founded and became the CEO of Wectory.

Mikhail Balabanov attended Ufa State Aviation Technical University from 1994 to 1999, where they earned a Magister in Economics, Finance and Credit. Mikhail then attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business from 2016 to 2017, where they earned a LEAD Certificate in Corporate Innovation.
