WeDOTalent is an AI-native HRTech company building autonomous recruiting agents where AI runs the entire hiring cycle and humans make the decisions that actually require judgment.

Our first agent, LIA, handles recruiting end-to-end: sourcing across 190M+ profiles, multi-dimensional candidate screening, structured conversational interviews over WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, Voice, and Email, scheduling, and ranked shortlists with a justification per candidate, all on top of your existing ATS. No rip-and-replace. No new tool to learn.

You decide who moves forward. LIA does the rest.

What sets us apart:

→ AI-native by architecture — not automation bolted onto legacy software. Agents built from the ground up to do the work, not just assist it.

→ Auditable by design — every decision has a full trace: input, model, logic, score, justification, timestamp. LGPD, GDPR, EU AI Act and NYC LL144, built in, not checked off.

→ WSI™ — WeDOTalent Skill index — Four dimensions: technical, behavioral, cognitive, maturity. Explainable reasoning per candidate. Not a score. A thesis.

→ Every candidate gets a response. Every time. Structured feedback is part of the method, not a feature.

→ Proactive, not reactive — the agent flags funnel bottlenecks, stalled candidates, and SLA risks before you have to ask.

Recruiting is our first product. Scientific evaluation, workforce mapping, and onboarding agents are in development on the same foundation.

We don't build recruiting software. We do the recruiting.
