Eden Dema is an inclusive finance and policy innovation specialist with extensive experience in financial regulation and central banking. They have expertise in inclusive finance, gender equity, and MSME development, having worked with organizations such as the ADB, AFI, and the World Bank across Asia, Africa, and the Pacific. Eden has led various initiatives to design and implement policies aimed at advancing financial inclusion and gender equality, while also producing practical knowledge products to support these goals. Currently, Eden serves as an MSME and Gender Inclusive Finance Consultant at NEXCENDA and continues to contribute to projects that enhance financial access for women and marginalized communities.
