Amanda Smith

Amanda Smith has worked in a variety of roles since 2004. Amanda began their career as a Server at Ruby's Diner, Inc. in 2004, where they performed a variety of different job titles including hostess, expo, fountain, and server. Amanda then worked as a Lead Teller at Wells Fargo from 2007 to 2017, where they were in charge of upwards of fifteen employees, made the schedules, managed breaks, handled approvals and customer issues, and routinely maintained the ATMs. From 2017 to 2019, Amanda worked as a Medical Billing Specialist for a DME provider at Patient Care Medical. In this role, they worked in the medical program Brightree to facilitate in updating patients' accounts and collecting payments from insurance companies and regularly send electronic and paper claims using the CMS 1500 Form. Most recently, Amanda has been working as a Billing Manager and Billing Specialist at WeeCare since 2019. As a Billing Specialist, Amanda is responsible for matching in-home daycare providers and parents, maintaining and updating customers' financial standing, and continually streamlining any inefficiencies.

Amanda Smith attended Orange Coast College from 2003 to 2011, where they earned an AA in General. Amanda then attended California State University, Fullerton from 2011 to 2012, studying Accounting.
