Daniel Herrera

Daniel Herrera has a diverse range of work experience. Daniel'smost recent role is as the Head of Operations at WeeCare, a position they have held since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Partner at Nievlest starting in August 2019. In 2022, they also held the position of Operations Consultant at in-House from January to September. From March 2021 to April 2022, they served as the Operations Manager & Partner at Invisible Technologies Inc. In 2020, they worked as a Customer Care Manager at HostPapa from June to March 2021. Daniel'sexperience also includes being the L2 Customer Support Manager at ESW Capital from August 2019 to July 2020. Before that, they served as an Accelerator at Hubtek from January to September 2019. Lastly, they were a Co-Founder of Promeco from January 2014 to September 2019.

Daniel Herrera has a Bachelor's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Universidad EAFIT. Daniel also holds a Bachelor of Technology - BTech in Information Technology from Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA), and has studied French Language and Literature as well as Speech Communication and Rhetoric at Universidad EAFIT. Additionally, Daniel has obtained several certifications, including "Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers," "Fundamentos de internet de las cosas," "Level Up Your Remote Team Experience," "Learn Salesforce 2017: Lightning," "Learning Salesforce," and "Salesforce Lightning Essentials: First Look."
