Jesse Forrest

Jesse Forrest is the co-founder and CTO of WeeCare, the largest childcare network in America. WeeCare helps employers provide affordable childcare benefits while connecting caregivers and families through technology. The team at WeeCare has created the only childcare benefits program built to enable employers to cost-effectively offer employees the most convenience and support for their childcare needs. WeeCare’s childcare benefits result in decreased employee absenteeism, reduced job turnover, and increased job satisfaction.

Prior to WeeCare, Jesse was the Director of Engineering at Tradesy, where they led a team that created a fashion resale platform that was simple, safe, and stylish. Before Tradesy, Jesse co-founded Find Sports Now, Corp., a company that helped people find local sports leagues and events. Jesse also served as the Technical Lead at Zynx Health and Co-Founder at Joimo.

Jesse began their career as a Software Engineer at Northrop Grumman, where they worked on a variety of projects for the US government. Jesse then went on to become the Senior Technical Lead at American Express and Technical Lead at Sometrics.

Jesse Forrest has a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University and a Master of Business Administration from the Florida Institute of Technology.
