Erwin Sluiter

Erwin Sluiter is a Manager in R&D System Integration at WEED-IT, focusing on the development of mechatronic precision products and processes. With a background that includes roles such as Mechanical Lead Engineer at TCPM and Product Designer at VDL Enabling Technologies Group, Erwin has specialized in New Product Introduction and co-development of precision products with a keen emphasis on manufacturability and product reliability. Erwin holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Twente, and has previously contributed as a Contract Researcher at Siemens and as a Student Assistant at the same university. Currently, Erwin also runs their own prototyping business, PTD - ProtoTypeDeventer.
