Renato P. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2013, they worked as a Mobile Software Engineer at Morena Rosa Group for a few months. Renato then joined CRMALL Marketing Information System in 2013 as a Consultant and later transitioned to the role of Software Engineer. During their time at CRMALL, Renato led the development and launch of the Prizor product, a real-time mechanical turk engine used for processing shopping receipts. In 2014, Prizor gained significant traction with over 60k users and processing over 400k documents in its first month. From 2014 to 2015, Renato co-founded Conex - Tecnologia em Gestão. In 2015, they worked briefly as a Lead Engineer at Allthecooks, LLC before joining Cookpad Inc. as a Lead Engineer at the end of the same year. Renato spent 2016 as a Co-Founder at Anycart, a platform that aims to make grocery shopping more convenient and inspiring for consumers. Currently, Renato is working as the Head of Engineering - Growth & Customer Experience at Weee!.

Renato P. holds a Bachelor's degree in Sistemas de Informação from Unipar - Universidade Paranaense, which they completed between 2007 and 2010. Renato then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science at Universidade Estadual de Maringá, completing it from 2011 to 2012.
