The workforce that delivers the service is voluntary and the focus of the organisation is to give opportunities to those volunteers that would not normally be able to access paid employment through a personal emotional, social or financial barrier.

Our recruitment focus for our volunteers is people who are ex-offenders, rehabilitated substance users and those who have been long-term unemployed. We follow the legal guidelines in recycling equipment properly and safely for the environment. The goods that we sell on are sold at an accessible price to the community and local organisations.

WeeeCharity will also periodically provide a donation of funds or goods to local organisations allowing them to continue their work alleviating local poverty
