Rounak Agarwal

Rounak Agarwal is a Software Development Engineer 2 at Weekday (YC W21) since June 2022, contributing to the development of tools that facilitate hiring engineers through peer endorsements. Previously, Rounak worked at IBM from August 2020 to May 2022 as a Software Developer, leading the Hyperparameter Optimization activity for the open-source project Autotune, utilizing Python and Machine Learning technologies. Rounak's experience includes an internship at IBM in 2019, where tasks involved Java, Docker, Kubernetes, and optimization projects. Rounak also participated in open-source initiatives during the Kharagpur Winter of Code and NJACK Winter of Code, gaining valuable development experience. Rounak completed a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing, Jabalpur, from 2016 to 2020.
