Andersson Watulingas has a diverse work experience in various industries. Andersson started their career as a Production Operations Intern at PERTAMINA EP from January 2014 to May 2014. Andersson then joined Chevron Indonesia Company as an Operation Engineering Base Business COOP Program participant from May 2014 to December 2014.

After that, they worked as a Business Development & Product Marketing Specialist at Mandiri Tunas Finance from December 2014 to November 2017. In this role, they initiated projects, collaborated with e-commerce and marketplace platforms, and led a successful Used Car Program in Palembang, South Sumatra.

From December 2017 to April 2019, Andersson worked as a Partnership Management & Business Development Manager at MPM Group. Andersson built partnerships with banks, aftermarket product partners, and financing and insurance companies. Andersson also organized events and marketing programs to boost sales and analyzed market demand to drive innovation.

From April 2019 to June 2021, Andersson held the position of Senior Business Development Manager at OYO. Andersson developed and implemented strategic plans, managed a business development team, and fostered strong relationships with partners and stakeholders. Andersson also worked closely with government entities and focused on customer satisfaction.

Currently, Andersson is the Head of Business Development at Weeloy, starting in May 2021. In this role, they defined and integrated roles and processes for the business team. Andersson identified valuable business opportunities to generate revenue and executed strategic initiatives to improve business development and sales programs.

Andersson Watulingas has a Bachelor's Degree in Teknik Perminyakan from STT MIGAS BALIKPAPAN. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including a Pelatihan Kebakaran Hutan dan Lahan from Badan Lingkungan Hidup Provinsi Kalimantan Timur in May 2016, an Appreciation Award from Chevron in December 2014, and a Cooperative Education Program from Chevron in November 2014.
