Jerome Le Roy is the founder and president of Weenat, where they lead a team dedicated to developing a meteorological and agronomical digital assistant aimed at optimizing agricultural practices. They also serve as the president of La Ferme Digitale, a non-profit organization established to promote innovation and digital solutions for sustainable agriculture. Previously, Jerome held various managerial positions at Decathlon across Turkey, India, and Japan, and served as CEO of Embisphere from 2009 to 2015. Jerome obtained a Master's degree in biomechanics and sport management from Université Rennes II - Haute-Bretagne, as well as a DESS from Université de Rennes I.
