Frédéric Dupérier has a long and varied work experience. Frédéric began their career in 2012 as a Software Engineer at AiM Services. In the same year, they joined Crédit Agricole Titres as a Team Leader, DevOps Engineer, and Full Stack Engineer. In 2017, they moved to the Etat de Genève as a Solution Architect and Technical Project Coordinator. In 2018, they returned to Crédit Agricole Titres as an IT Project Manager. In 2021, they became a Mentor at OpenClassrooms and Plato. In 2022, they were appointed Head of Engineering at both Speach and Weet. Frédéric is also currently an Associate at Time for the Planet, a mission-based company aiming to raise 1 billion euros to deploy 100 innovations combating climate change.

Frédéric Dupérier's education history includes a MSc/PhD in Computer Science & Software Engineering from Université Laval from 2007-2008, an Eng in Computer Science & Software Engineering from Polytech Nice Sophia from 2005-2008, a MP in 2nd year of Classe Préparatoire from Lycée Camille Jullian from 2004-2005, and a MPSI in 1st year of Classe Préparatoire from Lycée Victor Duruy from 2003-2004. Frédéric has also obtained additional certifications, such as a Leadership dans l’Innovation from MIT Professional Education in December 2022, a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in June 2021, a Posture et Compétences du Manager à distance from ESCP Business School in April 2020, a Certified Scrum Developer from Scrum Alliance in November 2017, a Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in October 2011, and a Test of English for International Communication from TOEIC® Program in December 2006.
