Mark Hayward

Mark Hayward is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an Information Technology Business Partner for HR, Manufacturing, Engineering, and International Sales at Weetabix, Mark has led initiatives in supporting various business functions since January 2020. Prior to this role, Mark worked at Almac Group as the sole IT Support Technician on-site, assisting around 70 users from March 2017 to January 2020, and contributed to a global support team. Mark's earlier experience includes IT support for Deichmann Shoes UK, where assistance was provided to over 90 retail stores and head office staff, as well as serving as Head Technician at Northants Computer Service, overseeing IT repairs and custom PC builds. Mark began the IT career as a trainee IT Technician at Leicester ITEC, supporting head office staff and mentoring new trainees in building desktop PCs.
