Mark Paterson is a multiskilled engineer currently employed at Weetabix since December 2021. Prior to this role, Mark worked at BakeAway from January to December 2021, serving as an engineering supervisor as well as a multiskilled shift engineer. Mark's experience also includes over twelve years at Roquette, where responsibilities included full coverage of breakdown and planned maintenance for operational plants and buildings, as well as the operation and maintenance of boiler systems and CHP plants.
