Rob Carr

Rob Carr is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of HR at Weetabix since December 2023, Rob also holds the position of Board Trustee at The Aspire Educational Trust. Previous roles include Group Head of HR for Wholebake Limited and HR Business Partner at Selecta and Ornua Ingredients Europe, where significant contributions were made to HR strategy and operations.
