John Vukovic

John Vukovic has a wealth of experience in the financial and operations sector. John began their career in 1996 as Treasurer and Director for the Toronto Venture Group, a non-profit networking organization. In 2006, they became the Chief Financial Officer for Casero Inc. and in 2007, they took on the role of CFO and COO of the Americas for Odyssey Financial Technologies. In 2010, they became the Board of Advisors for ExpertFile and the Chief Financial Officer for Avvasi Incorporated. In 2015, they took on the role of Chief Financial Officer for ScribbleLive, and in 2017, they became the Chief Financial Officer for Aeryon Labs Inc. In 2019, they took on the role of Chief Financial Officer for Clearpath Inc. and the Director Board of Directors for Weever. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Chief Financial Officer for Axonify.

John Vukovic has a long history of education and certifications. John obtained their B.Comm from the University of Toronto Mississauga between 1988 and 1992. John then went on to obtain their CPA-CA from CPA Canada (Chartered Professional Accountants Canada) in November 1994. After that, they obtained their CBV from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators in December 1997. John then attended the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators between 1995 and 1997 and obtained their CBV degree. Finally, they are currently attending the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management and is set to obtain their ICD degree in 2022. Additionally, they have obtained the ICD.D certification from the Institute of Corporate Directors in March 2022.
