Rodney Barnes

Rodney Barnes has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2013 with House of Friendship as a Hostel Program Support Worker. In 2014, they held roles as a Freelance Data Journalist with Visually, a Freelance Writer with Innosphere SDG Ltd/techanddesign.ca, and a Halfway House Support Worker with Salvation Army New Directions. In 2015, they were a Driver Manager and Planner with FTI - Frederick-Thompson Transport Inc. and in 2016, a Content Writer with Axonify. In 2017, they were a Lube Tech with Moore's Tire. From 2018 to 2020, they held roles as a Software Developer (Co-op) and Junior Developer with Mohawk College, and from 2020 to 2021, an Intermediate Developer with Reliq Health Technologies Inc. and Weever.

Rodney Barnes attended Ryerson University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor's of Journalism degree. Rodney then attended Mohawk College from 2018 to 2019, where they earned a Computer Systems Technology - Software Support degree.
