WeFoundry is an international innovation and venture deployment company. We work with regions, universities, corporates, and investors to turn proven innovation into real world ventures that create jobs, attract investment, and deliver measurable impact.

Our focus is the deployment phase of innovation. This is the stage where ideas become operational ventures, where pilots become procurement, and where regions see economic and social benefit. We help our partners move from concept to execution with clarity, discipline, and investment readiness.

Our work includes the design and operation of Innovation Deployment Hubs, venture clienting platforms, and structured programmes that source, validate, and package solutions. These programmes create Special Purpose Entities that are built for rapid scaling and commercial delivery.

We support the full journey. This includes challenge definition, market discovery, commercial due diligence, validation trials, SPE design, capital mobilisation, and the preparation of investor grade dossiers and strategic plans. Our methods ensure that innovation does not sit on a shelf. Instead, it is deployed into environments where it can grow and deliver value.

WeFoundry operates across the UK, Europe, and the United States. Our mission is to make innovation work in the real world by building ventures that solve important challenges and create lasting economic opportunity for regions and institutions worldwide.
