Mihai Dascălu

Mihai Dascălu is an experienced Agile Team Coach currently at wefox since September 2022, where efforts focus on facilitating team self-organization and streamlining workflows through JIRA configuration and enhanced collaboration with Design and DevOps teams. Prior to this role, Mihai served as a Scrum Master at rindus and Ciklum, empowering teams to maximize performance while ensuring adherence to Scrum practices and fostering high-performance environments. Earlier experience includes a combination of web development and Scrum Master roles at Endava, SymphoPay, Advanced Ideas, eMAG, and Avangate, encompassing responsibilities such as full-stack development, project management, and team coordination. Mihai holds a degree from Universitatea „Spiru Haret” din București.
