Carolina Yeo

Carolina Yeo is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in leadership and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Managing Director of &ahead, a digital talent platform, and as Head of Strategic Projects at the Singapore Leaders Network, Carolina is dedicated to empowering individuals in their career journeys and enhancing leadership skills among Singaporeans. Carolina is also a Partner at the Future Work Forum, a Venture Partner with Multiple Capital and Wefunder, and has invested as an Angel Investor in various startups. Previously, Carolina held the role of Head of People at Novonor, where a significant international HR team was established. Academic qualifications include an Executive Education Program in Leadership from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Management in Marketing and Finance from Singapore Management University. Additionally, Carolina has contributed as a guest lecturer and mentor, sharing insights on personal branding and career development across multiple platforms.
