Douglas Schuster

Douglas Schuster possesses extensive experience in electrical engineering, currently serving as a technical manager and environmental quality technician at WEG since February 2021, while also co-owning Schuster Projetos Elétricos, where responsibilities include designing electrical distribution network projects for CEEE in Rio Grande do Sul. Prior experience includes roles as a design intern at Pró-Energia Engenharia Elétrica and an intern at Soliel Instaladora Eletrica, focusing on distribution network projects and electrical problem analysis, respectively. Douglas is pursuing a master's degree in Electromagnetic Devices at UFRGS and holds an MBA in Environmental Management from the Federal University of Paraná, alongside a degree in Energy Engineering from the State University of Rio Grande do Sul.
