Mark Baake is an experienced sales leader in the power transmission industry, currently serving as the Director of Sales for Toledo Gear and RAE Gearmotors at WEG since March 2020. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Director of Sales at Klauber Machine & Gear Co. from October 2018 to March 2020, and spent over two decades at Leeson Electric, where responsibilities included Director of Sales and Regional Sales Manager.
