At WEG, Raphael has held positions as Managing Director, Regional Sales Manager, and Product Portfolio Manager. Prior to WEG, Raphael worked as a Purchaser Analyst at Embraco and gained operational experience as a Lift Operator and Main Dining Room Waiter at Mount Washington Resort. Additionally, Raphael started a career in manufacturing as a Production Line Operator at Serigraph.
