Peterson Poon

Peterson Poon is a highly experienced software engineer with a strong background in quality assurance and testing in the tech industry. Currently a Senior Software Engineer at Galvanize, now Diligent, since May 2015, Peterson has progressively advanced through roles including Software Engineer in Test and QA Engineer. Previously, Peterson worked as a Software Test Engineer at NETGEAR, focusing on firmware testing for wireless devices, and gained foundational experience as a Jr. Software Test Engineer at Nokia, where responsibilities included troubleshooting mobile firmware and executing automated tests. Peterson holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from Simon Fraser University, earned between 2009 and 2015.
