Amer Edwan

Amer Edwan began their work experience as a part-time Graphic Designer at Wego.com in 2015. Amer was later hired as a full-time Art Director in 2017 and promoted to Creative Director in 2021. In this role, Amer is responsible for developing short and long-term strategies for the creative team and overseeing daily operations, including content and design approvals.

Prior to joining Wego.com, they worked as an Art Director at UpsideDown Marketing from September 2013 to November 2015. Amer also served as an Art Trainer for displaced citizens at International Medical Corps IMC from January 2013 to July 2013.

Before that, Amer worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer for Tasdied telecommunications from February 2011 to May 2013. Amer also held the position of Senior Graphic Designer at Drive Dentsu from May 2010 to March 2012 and Graphic Designer at J. Walter Thompson Worldwide from January 2009 to February 2010.

Amer's earliest work experience includes being a part-time Graphic Designer at Totalpro from February 2008 to November 2008.

Amer Edwan completed their Bachelor's Degree in the Fine Arts - Visual Communications Department at Damascus University from 2004 to 2008.
