Basel Ashraf

Basel Ashraf has work experience in various fields. From April 2017 to April 2018, they worked at Wego.com as a Customer Service Representative, where they provided information about their flight and hotel search engine through inbound calls. From April 2018 onwards, they served as a Community Management Executive at Wego.com, handling customer inquiries and feedback through various channels such as email, social media, and app store reviews. Prior to that, Basel worked at Wisdek Corp. from August to December 2015 as a Telesales Agent, specializing in SEO and Google Adwords. Additionally, Basel has experience in the music industry, having worked as a Professional Singer/Songwriter and Music Producer at Baseltimemusic Prod. starting from January 2011.

Basel Ashraf pursued their education at Cairo University from 2013 to 2015, where they focused on the field of Law. Following their time at Cairo University, they joined Helwan University Cairo in 2015 and completed their Bachelor's degree in Social Work in 2021.
