Hai Le has a diverse and extensive work experience in software engineering. They are currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Wego.com since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Remote Software Engineer at Kinesso from October 2020 to June 2023.
Before joining Kinesso, Hai worked at Broadcom Inc. as a Software Engineer from October 2018 to October 2022. During this time, they maintained and developed new features for existing products and also contributed to the development of a new R&D product focused on automating and provisioning new environments in any infrastructure provider.
They also gained experience at CA Technologies Automation, previously Automic Software, where they worked as a Software Engineer from October 2017 to October 2018.
Hai's earlier work experience includes roles at NextG Solutions as a Java Team Lead from January 2015 to April 2017, and as a Senior Java Software Developer from June 2012 to December 2014. They also worked as a Senior Java Software Developer at eXo Platform from October 2010 to May 2012, and started their career as a Junior Java Software Developer at FPT Software from June 2009 to September 2010.
Hai Le completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology at Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST) from 2004 to 2009. During their time at university, they also pursued studies in Information System Management at FPT Aptech HN from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, they obtained the Fundamental Information Technology Engineers Skill Standards (FE) certification from JITEC Japan and VITEC Vietnam in October 2010. Later, in August 2018, Hai Le became an Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 8 Programmer after completing the certification program offered by Oracle.
