Hansel Baro

Hansel Baro has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Hansel started their career at SM Hypermarket as an I.T. Support/Front End Supervisor, where they gained expertise in troubleshooting technical issues and maintaining PCs and servers. Hansel then worked at Salmat as an I.T. Programmer, where they developed new programs and modified existing ones to meet the company's requirements.

Afterwards, Hansel joined Micro 2000 Technology Pte Ltd as a Senior Computer Engineer, specializing in diagnosing and repairing Apple products. Hansel also had experience in OS X security and deployment.

Hansel then transitioned to Wego.com, initially working as a Junior System Administrator and later as a System Administrator. Hansel was responsible for IT infrastructure management, server administration, and providing technical support to employees. Hansel also became a Senior Manager and Site Reliability Engineer at Wego.com, leading the ITOps team and focusing on automation, security monitoring, and improving performance.

Throughout their career, Hansel has gained expertise in server administration, security implementation, and IT strategy planning. Hansel is also an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician and has experience with Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Platform.

Hansel Baro completed their Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a focus on Systems Development from San Beda College Alabang, from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended Southernside Montessori School and received their high school degree between 2001 to 2005. In terms of additional certifications, Hansel obtained the iOS Qualification from Apple in May 2013 and became an Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT) in November 2012.
