La Yang has a diverse work experience in marketing technology and market research. They later worked at ZALORA Group as an Associate Manager - Mobile Marketing, where they integrated data from various sources to improve marketing efficiency. Currently, La Yang is serving as the Director of Marketing Technology at Wego.com.

La Yang earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Renmin University of China in 2007. Following that, La Yang pursued a Master's degree in Sociology from the same university and completed it in 2009. In 2014, La Yang attended the National University of Singapore and acquired a Master's degree in Statistics in 2015.
