Tim Goodell

Tim Goodell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process design and operational excellence across various industries. Currently serving as a Process Design Analyst at Weichert Workforce Mobility since December 2017, Tim supports the Global Mobility division and enhances enterprise workflow management platforms. Previously, Tim managed operational excellence at Prudential Financial, focusing on the Servicemembers’ Group Life Insurance claims and customer service operations. Tim's prior roles include a Senior Process Design Analyst at Chubb, where Tim implemented significant process improvements, and founding Olivaden Technology Solutions, offering consulting services in project management and business process solutions. Tim’s career at Chubb & Son, Inc involved engaging in customer operations and serving as a business process expert. Tim holds a degree from Westminster College, earned between 1987 and 1991.
