JOAN FERRER

Joan Ferrer is a People & Culture Manager, Legal Manager, and Compliance Officer with extensive experience in legal, human resources, and credit risk management. Currently at Weidmüller, Joan oversees the Human Resources department and handles legal and compliance matters, demonstrating a strong background in labor law and risk assessment. Previously, Joan worked in various roles, including as a Credit Manager and Administrative professional, and has served as a tutor in law at UOC. Joan holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Business Administration and a Master's in Human Resources Management.
