Alexa Steiger

Alexa Steiger serves as the Head of Training and Development at Weifield Group Contracting since May 2025, bringing extensive experience in training and development from previous roles. Prior to this position, Alexa held the title of Director, Training and Development at The Savings Group from September 2021 to April 2025, where leadership of a multi-state, multi-site team focused on employee growth in the fintech and contact center sectors. At AUTOPAY, from August 2020 to September 2021, Alexa managed a training team and designed a successful sales training program. Earlier experience includes various roles at VW Credit, Inc., where responsibilities ranged from instructional design to coaching customer care teams. Alexa's career began in retail management, contributing to team development and customer service excellence. Alexa holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Idaho.
