John Defayette

John DeFayette has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles.

John started their career at PlumRiver LLC in 2000, working in product development until 2001.

In 2002, they joined Vetromeccanica Srl as a Sales Manager, where they successfully grew sales volume from 350,000€ to over 8,000,000€. John remained with the company until 2008.

From 2008 to 2010, John worked at SMI (Smigroup) as an Area Sales Manager and then moved to Filling & Packaging Srl, where they served as an Area Sales Director from 2008 to 2010.

In 2010, they founded Nekimol Srl and served as its Founder and COO until 2016.

Currently, John is working at WEIGHTPACK. John started as a Food Technologist / Project Manager in 2015 and was later promoted to Sales Manager in 2017. In 2020, they took on the role of Sales Director.

Throughout their career, John has demonstrated extensive expertise and experience in various sales and managerial positions.

John DeFayette completed their Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering at Iowa State University from 1981 to 1985. John later pursued a Master of Science in Nuclear Engineering at the University of Michigan from 1986 to 1987.
