Scott Rucker

Scott Rucker is a seasoned Project Engineer with extensive experience in the engineering industry. Since September 2014, Scott has been employed at Weihe Engineers, where the focus has been on commercial design-build and design-bid-build projects. Prior to that, Scott worked at CESO, INC. from April 2012 to August 2014, overseeing local permitting and managing engineers in site layout and design. At Janssen and Spaans Engineering, from October 2009 to January 2012, responsibilities included design calculations and traffic sign inventory for highway projects. Scott's career began at Weihe Engineers as a Site Designer from August 2006 to January 2009, managing commercial development contracts and creating civil construction plan sets. Scott holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Purdue University, earned between 1998 and 2006.
