Dan Karch is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the development and launch of residential hydronics and HVAC systems. Since April 2007, Dan has served as Engineering Team Lead for Residential Hydronics at Weil-McLain, where notable projects include the WM97+ Aqua Logic and ECO Boilers, overseeing a team focused on the development of residential condensing boilers and optimizing combustion systems. Previously, from February 2002 to April 2007, Dan worked as a Product Development Engineer at Calsonic Kansei North America, Inc., contributing to the development and validation of HVAC systems for various Nissan vehicles. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, obtained in 2001.
