Kirk Davis

Kirk Davis has extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Kirk is currently the Managing Director and Head of Recruitment at Weild & Co., where they focus on reviving the American Dream and supporting the success of entrepreneurs and public companies. Prior to this, Kirk worked at S&P Global as the Director and Global Talent Acquisition Lead, as well as the Talent Acquisition Manager for Executive Search. Kirk also held various roles at JPMorgan Chase, including Vice President of Corporate & Investment Bank Technology - Business Aligned Recruiter and Corporate & Investment Bank Technology - Lateral Recruiter. Kirk's early career experience includes working as an Investment Banking Technology Recruiter at Columbia Technology Corporation.

Kirk Davis completed their education at various institutions. Kirk attended Arroyo Grande High School in Arroyo Grande, California from 1998 to 2002. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from Columbia University from 2002 to 2007. Most recently, from 2020 to 2022, Kirk attended the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
