Scott Steele

Scott Steele is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in capital markets, business development, and investment banking. Currently serving as Managing Director at Weild & Co. since February 2019, Scott leads the provision of corporate finance and advisory services, including private placements and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to this role, Scott held the position of Director of Capital Markets at Heritage Financial Systems, Inc., where the focus was on assisting micro and small cap companies in raising capital. Scott’s earlier career includes significant roles at Casimir Capital as a VP and as a Trader at M.H. Meyerson and Troster Singer, alongside experience at Spear Leads & Kellogg.
