Life coaching for ADHD & AuDHD 🧠

Hi, I'm Neely Kimey (she/they). I'm a queer AuDHD coach, here to help you reclaim your authenticity & autonomy by dismantling the neuronormative narrative you've been saddled with your entire life.

Why "weird + wired"?
Aside from the satisfying alliteration, I aim to help others to embrace the "weirdness" of their "wired" brains. While I acknowledge that ADHD/Autism can be disabling for many (including myself), I don't personally view ADHD or Autism as inherent deficits, rather as unique neurotypes that are invaluable to providing creative solutions and alternative perspectives in both professional and personal settings.

I want to help you embrace the strengths your unique neurotype brings out in you and to support you in simplifying your life.
